Requirements:
Passengers flying to Dubai from any country, including those in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), must meet one of the requirements listed below at the airport of departure:

For the Covid’19 PCR test, there are some exceptions
The following individuals are excused from taking a COVID-19 test at the airport, but must take one when they arrive in Dubai:
- Nationals of the United Arab Emirates returning to Dubai from every country
- Non-UAE nationals travelling with a first-degree UAE family member
- Domestic servants accompanying a national sponsor from the United Arab Emirates.
Covid’19 testing is not required for the following people:
- Youngsters under the age of 12
